We collect your personal information that you voluntarily provide us while registering at our website or at any of our ‘Services’. The type of information collected through each source varies depending upon the context of your interaction with us, the services that you are interested in / currently using, or other customer care service. The personal information that we collect includes Personal name, Business entity name and alias, current address, Business e-mail ID, phone number and other data. We assume that all this information that you provide us are true and accurate, it is your responsibility to provide accurate data. For any inaccuracy or mistakes in the information submitted by you, the company will not be responsible for it.

We are currently not using cookies for tracking and storing your information, but we may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons, and pixels) in the future. All the required information about using cookies and how you can refuse certain cookies will be specified in detail in our Cookie Policy, which will be out once we start using it.



  1. DO WE USE GOOGLE MAPS?

Currently, we do not use Google Maps, but we may use this in future for improving our service to you and accordingly the privacy policy will be updated.



  1. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes already mentioned above in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). Once we have no ongoing legitimate business needs to process using your personal information, we make sure to delete it or anonymize it, or if this is not possible at the moment (for instance, if your personal information is stored in the backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We pledge to protect your personal information from any kind of misuse. We have implemented appropriate security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process or share. Beware of the fact that anything on the internet is not 100% secure, though we do our best to protect your personal information. We do not collect information from or market to children or anyone under 18 years of age.

By using our services, you must be 18 years of age or above or must be the parent or guardian of the minor and consent to such minor whom you are dependent on to use our services. If it comes to our notice that personal information from users under 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take appropriate measures to delete such data from our database and records. Your privacy rights include reviewing, changing or terminating your account at any time. This website is operated only in INDIA. We are not answerable to anything outside the INDIAN domain. If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at contact@vibrathon.co

Account Information:

You can review or change the information you have given in your account or even terminate your account anytime you like.

Log into your account settings and update your user account to inactive status. Upon your request to terminate your account (via email to contact@vibrathon.co), we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, in order to deal with situations like troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, to prevent fraud, to enforce our terms of use and/ comply with legal requirements, some information regarding you will be retained with us. If you set your account to inactive status, you will be sent a notification email in 90 days.

Opting out of email, we may need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. To otherwise opt-out, you may email us at contact@vibrathon.co.



  1. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Do Not Track (DNT) is a web browser setting that is available in almost all web browsers, some mobile operating systems and in some mobile applications, you can activate this setting to request the browser to ask the website not to track information or monitor your online activities. Currently, there is no standard technology available for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, therefore we do not respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice of not to be tracked online. If a standard technology for online tracking is adopted globally that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practise in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Yes, we do update this policy periodically or frequently to stay compliant with relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
